Can I add text or a logo to the photo strip?
Yes, you can provide the text or logo you want on the design.
What kind of booth do you have?
We offer open air photo booths.
Are you going to display our pictures online to the public?
We upload our all our pictures to a Facebook album for you to share and high resolution version to an online gallery for you to download that can be password protected.
How can I share my picture?
You can send yourself the picture via MMS to your cellphone, post to Facebook, Twitter and e-mail all within our photo booth. You will also receive a link to the online gallery to see all the pictures taken at your event.
What kind of backdrop is provided?
We offer gold, silver and striped sequins. We also offer step and repeat backgrounds at an additional cost.
How much space is needed for the photo booth?
We ask for at least a 10′ x 10′ space to setup everything.
What are the power requirements?
The photo booth runs on a single standard 120V power outlet.
How long is setup time?
We arrive 1 hour to 45 minutes before the event time to set-up everything.
How will we know the photo booth works?
An onsite attendant will be with the booth throughout the entire event.
Is WiFi needed to share my pictures?
Yes, the booth needs a WiFi connection to share the pictures. We carry a wireless hotspot to connect to the internet, in some venues, reception may be poor or non existent. Please ask the venue if WiFi is available and let us know, otherwise the pictures and text messages will be sent the next day.
What are the different methods of payment?
We accept credit/debit card or checks.
Is the security deposit non-refundable?
We require a 50% deposit fee to reserve your event time and date. The 50% will be put towards the full payment. If the event is cancelled the deposit is non-refundable with option to reschedule within six months if the date is available.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due 15 days prior to the event.
How far do you travel to?
We service Chicago and its suburbs. If your event is in downtown Chicago we charge a $30 fee for parking unless it is provided by customer.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, we do have a $1-million worth of liability insurance.
